No Return Policy
All products sold through Monokite Store are considered final sale products.
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully to the customer.
Customers are requested to review product descriptions, specifications, and details carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
Monokite Store follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Once an order has been placed and successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
Refund requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

- Incorrect product selection by the customer

- Delay caused by courier services
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to read product descriptions before ordering
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Monokite Store reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If a customer receives a product that is:
- Physically damaged during transit, or
- Different from the product ordered,
the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Clear photographs of the package
- Product images
- Order details
After verification, Monokite Store may provide a replacement where applicable.
Refunds will not be provided.
Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Address
- Mobile Number
- Delivery Information
Monokite Store shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Any additional shipping charges incurred due to re-delivery may be payable by the customer.

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation issues
- Events beyond our control
Such delays shall not qualify for refunds, returns, or compensation.
